Welcome to the Refund & Cancellation policy of Adaa
We do understand that customers change their minds with the products that they buy online due to multiple reasons and so we also allow our customer to have a refund and cancellation.
This policy “Refund & Cancellation Policy” defines the policy, procedures and the terms that are applicable for all our products.
General
a. All refunds and cancellation have to be directed to us in writing within 7 days of receiving the product. After the 7th day we will not consider any refund cases
b. Once we get the refund/exchange request, we will contact you within 24 hours to get more information.
c. We do not refund Cash; we give you the option to purchase another product of similar amount within 2 months of time. In case you do not purchase within the 2-month time period your refund stands void.
d. All additional amount paid as delivery charges, express delivery are non-refundable. We will only calculate refund on the actual product at the time of Invoice generation
e. All additional free gifts that are offered with certain products are non-refundable
f. Once Customer has selected a product, it generates an invoice, this automatically sends request to our inventory and delivery team who proceed for delivery. If the customer, finds a promotion on Adaa website after purchasing this product, they will not be liable to cancel the current order in order to avail the new offer.
Product Specific terms & Conditions Fragrances If customer wants to exchange any products from the category of Fragrances, they should not open the boxes. The items will be exchanged or eligible for refund only if they are in their original packing. Once the boxes and their plastic coverings are torn, we cannot collect them back. We do not encourage customers to do fragrance testing online. Watches Items in this category are eligible for refund if they are in unused condition and do not have any damage marks Handbags/ wallets Items in this category are eligible for refund if they are in unused condition and do not have any damage marks Travel bags Items in this category are eligible for refund if they are in unused condition and do not have any damage marks.
The travel bags wheels if found used, they will not be eligible for a refund/exchange Cosmetics Items in this category are eligible for refund only if they are in their original packing.
For hygiene and safety reasons, If the seal is broken we do offer you refund/exchange Mobile phones & accessories Mobile phones come with a year warranty from the authorized dealer for the brand that you are purchasing, for more detail refer to the user manual in the mobile phone boxes.
Mobile phone accessories are eligible for refund/exchange if they are in unused condition and do not have any damage marks Gift Set If customer wants to exchange any products from this category, they should not open the original boxes. The items will be exchanged or eligible for refund only if they are in their original packing.
Once the boxes and their plastic coverings are torn, we cannot collect them back Electronic/personal care For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as Hair trimmer, shaver, etc that are used on the body are strictly not allowed for refund/exchange Adaa designer footwear &clutches Footwear & Clutches are eligible for refund/exchange only if they are in unused condition and do not have any damage marks. If footwear is worn and the sole below them are dirty, we cannot refund/exchange them
